Matthew Friedman is a musician
and writer from New York City. This site contains a selection of
his original songs, short
stories, and topical commentaries on
today's headlines. His letters have been published in several well-known
media outlets, and his music is available for sale on CD or cassette. Matthew,
a graduate of Hofstra University (Class of 1990)
and Hofstra Law School (Class of '93), is also
currently working on his first novel. You are encouraged to respond to
his weekly editorials, and to e-mail
